Julie Lee is a singer songwriter performing as a solo artist acoustically and with her band, The Julie Lee Band. They have opened for Jefferson Starship, Little River Band, Blood, Sweat, & Tears, Naked Eye, and many others. Venue capacities range from 500 -10,000 in the Starlight Bowl, Saban Theatre, Canyon Clubs and many more.  Julie also lines up acoustic shows and enjoys the intimate settings of listening room and all styles of  boutique venues. She performed in a trio band at the Monterey Fair Festival and The Cow Palace. Her songs are streaming globally on a wide range of platforms and on live radio stations. Julie Lee’s songs have won awards and have been accepted for film and tv sync with CBS, Lionsgate Films, Maddoll (a division of Sony Music), and others.  Julie Lee was raised in a family with many musical influences. Her father, Dino Airali, produced Phoebe Snows "Poetry Man" album and worked with greats like Leon Russell, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Joe Cocker, JJ Cale, discovered and signed Melissa Etheridg. At a young age, Julie was encouraged to write. "My exposure to music was Gladys Night, Aretha Franklin, Persuasions, Waylon Jennings, Leon Russell, Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Monkees, and so many more." Julie attended Dick Grove Music and  shortly after joined the band, The Ventilators, performing throughout Los Angeles, Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, and the Budokan in Tokyo landing a record deal at EMI Records. Julie also sang background vocals for Michael Jackson as they found her voice raw and authentic. She then got signed to EMI Records as a member of Foster Sylvers Band. With fluctuations in the music business, Julie chose a well rounded path working for Indigo Ranch Studios, Sound Castle Studios, Geffen Records, and then Sony Music Entertainment. She then went on to c0-own a post production company for film and tv with her partner and A list colorist encompassing a clientele base of commercials, films, and music videos. (Michael Jackson, Prince, Madonna, Aerosmith, Nike, Michael Bay, and many more.) This was a starter business which grew to have great success. Julie decided to put that model of success into herself again leading back to the path of songwriting and live performances.
